Craig came to our place to give us a quote. He was very personable, informative and professional. He answered all our questions. We worked out a date for install and Terry showed up fist thing in the AM on the date promised. He took two days to do the job. (As promised by Craig). Terry did not disappoint. Terry takes great pride in his work and it shows. He was friendly, professional & meticulous. He cleaned up when he was done & did not leave a spot. My wife and I were very pleased with the outcome. We recently had Danny from BathFitters in to update our tub and shower. He called ahead to let us know he was coming, which was appreciated as we have waited hours for some service providers to appear. The entire installation process was completed in under 8 hours, all we had to do was wait for the silicon to dry before we used it, the next day. Bathfitters is not inexpensive but to get such a high quality, attractive installation done in one day, is definitely worth the extra cost to us. Everyone who had seen the new tub has given it a two thumbs up!

I had Bathfitter do my main bathtub last year, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. Joanne Yeoman was the salesperson, and she answered all of my questions and explained the process thoroughly. The installer (I don't recall his name - signature looks like Owei) was personable, respectful, and did a top-notch job. I am so happy with this tub that I am now in the process of having a new shower installed in a half-bath. I like that this will be customized to fit the existing space without disrupting the flooring or the drywall, and will actually be a bit larger than the old one. I can't wait to see this bathroom all spruced-up!! I would definitely recommend Bathfitter to anyone wishing to up-date a tired bathroom.
